- Mr. Achal Rangaswami, President-Marketing, Bell Ceramics Ltd., was invited to speak on What Corporates Look For In A Biz School Product
- Mr. Anuj Sinha, Scientist G and Head Department of Science & Technology Govt. of India was called upon to enlighten the students on Technology Transfer"
- A Guest Lecture on HR topic Linking the Employee Value Proposition to Employee Engagement and Business Outcomes" was delivered by Mr. Pancham Dogra, Head - HR of Timesjobs.com. It was a knowledge gaining session wherein he spoke about Employee as well as Employer Value Proposition. He also mentioned about the elements of successful EVP and the value which Talent Management creates. All faculty and students enriched themselves by attending the lecture.
- A Guest lecture by Mr. Pancham Dogra on Employment Value Proposition was organized for the benefit of students with respect to their career planning. The learned speaker, Mr. Dogra emphasised that the global change has put a premium on talent rather than on the workforce.
Industry Interaction Program was organized by the Maruti Suzuki India Limited Gurgaon, on Saturday 14 Feb 2009 . This Interactive and knowledge enduring session benefited all the management faculty of the Institute. The objective was to provide practical inputs to the students in their academic class sessions.
Mr. S.Y. Siddiqui, Managing Executive Officer. Administration (HR, Finance & IT) Maruti Suzuki India Limited gave passionate remarks that if one wants to achieve something, then he/she must work on it instead of lingering on others' shoulders to achieve. All the faculty were overwhelmed with his inspirational guidance & appreciated the information and advice given by him.
